The services are not a �one size fits all� blueprint.  Services are designed in cooperation with clients to meet specific needs.  The primary focus is on assisting healthy congregation meet their mission goals and objectives.

Counseling Services

At PCEC, our mission is to reach out to all those in need and to provide skilled, caring therapy.

Clients come from a variety of referral sources including social service agencies, medical professionals, pastors and other professionals.  However, the majority come from the recommendation of a friend or acquaintance who has received counseling services at the Center.

For Kid's Sake

"Family conflict destroys children.  We can do better!"  For Kids' Sake is a four-hour seminar for parents involved in a divorce, motion to modify, or other issues involving the parent/child relationship.

Mediation Services & Training

"Get your life back!  Mediate."  Mediation is a process that focuses on the resolution of conflict with the assistance of an impartial third party, a professional mediator.

Psychiatric Services

Psychiatric Services at PCEC are provided by Dr. Brian C. Forsythe, who has been in private practice since 1997.

Clinical Training and Supervision Programs

The Pastoral Counseling and Education Center (PCEC) offers two different types of post graduate training and supervisions programs:  1)  a full-time and a part-time Residency Program and 2) an externship program.
