Dr. Nancy K. Ferrell, offers a variety of services to clergy and congregations.  The services are not a one size fits all blueprint.  Services are designed in cooperation with clients to meet specific needs.  The primary focus is on assisting healthy congregation meet their mission goals and objectives. 

Services currently available:  

Seminar and Retreat Programs:  programs designed to meet leadership development and spiritual growth needs.

Clergy Groups:  ecumenical groups established to build collegial relationships and exchanges that are responsive to the vocational, spiritual, and leadership needs of clergypersons

Congregational Consultation:  initiating consultation services to congregations and clergy with a focus on strategic planning, coaching, and conflict resolution.
 
Faith Community Conflict Resolution Ministry:  an introduction to the ministry of peacemaking and conflict resolution as a gift of the Spirit is available. Training is provided to congregations on the call to the ministry of peacemaking.  Additional consultation and training provide the framework for offering mediation and conflict resolution services within the congregation and within your community.  Basic Mediation Training (40 Hours) is offered to those who are uniquely gifted in peacemaking and want to serve as volunteer mediators in this ministry.
